• to provide practical learning opportunities for clinically excellent physicians to enhance their effectiveness as leaders throughout Beaumont in multiple projects, process improvement initiatives, service lines and organizational leadership positions

• to provide a resource for physicians associated with Beaumont, whether in independent practice or among those employed within Beaumont

• to enhance the physician’s time and talents to serve more people beyond their practice and cultivate the mentoring skills of Beaumont’s leaders
