Take time for you with mindfulness practices led by Drs. Ruth Lerman and Lucy Sternburgh. Weekly online meditation groups are available on Monday and Wednesday mornings. We offer the drop-in yoga & meditation sessions during the summer. In the fall, winter and spring, we offer 8-week courses in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindful Self-Compassion, which Beaumont physicians and their family members can register for at a 75% discount. There are also CME credits available. The weekly online meditation groups are offered year-round.
