Corewell Health East has joined the rest of the health system on unified systems of Workday and ServiceNow. These technologies simplify the way we interact, as a whole, with finance, human resources and supply chain management.

We have a number of videos and other resources available to help you start using Workday and ServiceNow.

The following resources must be opened using a Corewell Health web browser. Right click the link to copy and paste it into a Corewell Health Chrome or Edge browser to access. 

 

Beginning July 1, you’ll be able to access Workday via the shortcut on your desktop, and it will also be available through BHApps.

For technical support, you can call the Digital Services Help Desk at 888-481-2448. You also can create a ticket in ServiceNow, search knowledge articles in both Workday and ServiceNow, or call 877-AskHR11 for HR support.
