Beaumont’s Women and Babies services marketing campaign will be in the place February through May. The goal is to drive referrals and appointments to Beaumont physicians and facilities that provide services to women throughout their lives. Building off the success of the 2017 orthopedics campaign, which saw a 40 percent increase in referrals to physicians, this campaign will also work to further position Beaumont as the leading health care system for women in Southeast Michigan. No other Detroit area health care system has claimed “care of women across her life.”
Targeting health care engaged women, ages 25 years to elderly, who are actively engaged in their own and their family’s health care, the campaign will primarily cover core services including: women’s heart; women’s cancers including mammography, genetic screenings and gynecologic oncology; women’s urology and pelvic health; and labor and delivery. Over the next few months, watch for an integrated marketing campaign using traditional media including TV, print and outdoor as well as a large emphasis on digital media. With this campaign in mind, new patients may be looking for you online. Close to 77 percent of patients do an online search before making an appointment with a new physician. Make sure what they find represents you well.

- Physician videos: If you’re part of the Physician Referral Service, you’re able to include a video on your profile on Beaumont’s website. In one month, more than 150 videos received more than 2,200 views. To schedule a video, email pamela.grays@beaumont.org.
- Join the Physician Referral Service: The Physician Referral Service refers patients to Beaumont physicians based on their symptoms, conditions, specialty needed, insurance, location and more.
