Are you prepared for the upcoming Heparin protocol standardization?

Heparin is one of the most used systemic anticoagulants at our acute-care campuses, however, the protocols and management have varied across sites.

On Tuesday, Sept. 14, providers, pharmacists and nurses will see Epic/oneChart improvements in patient care delivery and a reduction in variability across sites as Beaumont Health will standardize the adult and pediatric protocols to be weight based. Your preparation is required.
