November is Lung Cancer Awareness month and we’re visiting Corewell Health in Southeast Michigan hospital locations to help team members and visitors get the information they need to schedule a lung screening or share information with loved ones.

You may have seen us at Corewell Health Trenton Hospital on Nov. 6 with our plushy pink and happy lungs, or maybe you stopped by the table at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital on Nov. 7 and took a walk through the giant inflatable lungs!

We’ll be visiting several more locations throughout November to share information about the lung cancer screening process, eligibility and how to make a screening appointment. We will also have educational and support resources for quitting smoking, as well as information on the effects of smoking, e-cigarettes and vaping, all available in multiple languages.

Corewell Health Farmington Hills Breast Center: Tuesday, Nov. 12, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Corewell Health Wayne Hospital: Wednesday, Nov. 13, noon to 5 p.m.

Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital: Thursday, Nov. 14, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with the Monarch robotic bronchoscope

Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital: Monday, Nov. 18, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. (With the giant inflatable lung!)

Corewell Health Taylor Hospital: Thursday, Nov. 21, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital: Friday, Nov. 22, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital: Monday, Nov. 25, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (With the giant inflatable lung!)
