Required annual Performance Snapshots due Oct. 31

UPDATE: The deadline for self-evaluations has been extended to Thursday, Oct. 31, and the leader portion of the process has been adjusted as well. This article has been updated to reflect these changes.

At Corewell Health, we believe holding frequent performance conversations between team members and leaders is a powerful way to drive engagement, productivity and ultimately results.

In September, Human Resources launched the  annual Performance Snapshot process in Workday. Team members received a Workday notification asking to conduct self-evaluations. This self-evaluation is due by Thursday, Oct. 31. Incomplete self-evaluations will automatically be sent to the leader on Friday, Nov. 1. Please rate yourself as one of the following:

 

Leaders will complete their portion of the Performance Snapshot by Friday, Jan. 31, and hold conversations with team members in February. After holding that conversation, both parties will be asked to acknowledge in Workday that a performance conversation was conducted no later than Friday, Jan. 31
