myBeaumontConnection (powered by Epic) is a web-based portal application that allows your practice, care facility or billing company to access your patient or provider’s patients’ medical record data at Beaumont Health facilities. This read-only tool, with the exception of submitting procedures to be scheduled with the Access Center, provides continuity of care for your patients and your organization, including the following:

  • Provides a more transparent flow of information between physicians
  • Allows electronic ordering of studies for your patients to any Beaumont facility
  • Gives your community clinics access to review the patient's chart for coding and following up on claims
  • Allows access to patient records from outside organizations through Care Everywhere
  • Easy management of clinic or facility users access into application

 
  1. Designate a site administrator who will be responsible for managing the practice. Duties of the site administrator include requesting or deactivating users and resetting user passwords.
  2. Complete and sign the access site administrator form
  3. Have the designated site administrator read and sign the confidentiality and myBeaumontConnection usage agreement
  4. Once the forms are complete, contact the IT Service Desk to open a service request to request access  
  5. Attach the completed forms in your request

  3. Have the designated site administrator read and sign the SNF compliance education form and the confidentiality and myBeaumontConnection usage agreement
  4. Once the forms are complete, contact the IT Service Desk to open a service request to request access  
  5. Attach the completed forms in your request

  3. Have the designated site administrator read and sign the confidentiality and myBeaumontConnection usage agreement
