Better communication with patients with Communication in Healthcare course
The Communication in Healthcare course is designed to arm physicians with the necessary tools to navigate complex situations and improve communication with your patients and other members of the healthcare team. Improved communication is directly linked to better patient safety, enhanced physician job satisfaction and overall patient experience. The course gives our providers and frontline staff the necessary skills to express our core values and deliver patient and family-centered care.
Because of the significant impact these skills have on patients and physicians, the CIH course is now required for all providers who provide care for patients at Beaumont, Troy.
