Trouble accessing email via

To minimize phishing attacks and ensure the security of protected health information, access to email though has been restricted. Please note this change only impacts external Outlook Webmail accessed via a web browser outside the Beaumont network. Access to email via the Outlook app on mobile devices such as phones, iPads and laptops will not be impacted.

If you are no longer able to access, please access

  • Log in with your email address.
  • If you have an or a email address, log in using your
  • If you are unable to log into, try accessing via the Outlook icon on
  • If you are unable to log into the Outlook icon on, or do not see the icon, contact the IT Service Desk at 888-481-2448.
