Required annual Performance Snapshots due Oct. 13
At Corewell Health, we believe holding frequent, performance conversations between team members and leaders is a powerful way to drive engagement, productivity and ultimately results.
In September, Human Resources launched the annual Performance Snapshot process in Workday. Team members received a Workday notification asking to conduct self-evaluations. This self-evaluation is due by Sunday, Oct. 13. Incomplete self-evaluations will automatically be sent to the leader on Monday, Oct. 14. Please rate yourself as one of the following:
Leaders will complete their portion of the Performance Snapshot by Saturday, Nov. 30, and hold conversations with team members in February. After holding that conversation, both parties will be asked to acknowledge in Workday that a performance conversation was conducted no later than Friday, Feb. 28.
