183 applications will be unavailable during data center move on Saturday, Feb. 25

As previously announced, Corewell Health East’s Digital Services data center move is underway.

On Saturday, Feb. 25, beginning at 1 a.m., the servers and applications listed below will be unplugged at the old data center, moved across town and plugged back in at our new state of the art data center.

• While the move is underway, you will not be able to access the systems involved.
• Watch for messages sent through Mobile Heartbeat, desktop computer popup messages and Digital Services Bulletin emails throughout the day detailing the move progress.
• Once the move is complete, the systems will become available.
• These systems will not be down the entire day.
  

Please carefully review the details below to determine if this downtime will require your department to staff up and use established downtime procedures. Talk with your manager for more details.

By 4:30 a.m., the following priority apps will be back online:
