As you may have heard, Beaumont Health has entered into a partnership with NexCore Group, a leading national health care real estate developer, to develop new comprehensive outpatient care campuses at the intersection of I-275 and 7 Mile Road in Livonia and at the intersection of I-94 and 26 Mile Road in Lenox Township. The overarching strategy is to bring high-quality Beaumont services in close proximity to patient residences in these desirable and rapidly growing service areas. This will fill a void in which Beaumont currently does not have a presence, but there is demand for the Beaumont brand in the market.

We are moving quickly on this project and aim to complete our planning in Summer 2019 and open the doors in the fourth quarter of 2020. The patient experience will feature an integrated continuum of care, designed to maximize patient satisfaction and provider efficiency. Having a full spectrum of care on site is a top priority, and we are working diligently to solidify our independent physician partners over the next 60-90 days.

• 110,000-120,000 square-foot medical office building
• full complement of Beaumont-affiliated primary and specialty care physicians
• 24/7/365 Emergency Center
• full spectrum of imaging
• joint venture outpatient surgery center
• cancer services
• physical therapy
• additional outpatient services based on physician input and community need

The buildings are now over 70% pre-leased and with significant interest.
