Last week, the content on OakNet moved to the Beaumont Health intranet. As part of that transition, the physician and resident directory is now available on the Beaumont Health intranet.

To access the physician and resident directory, click on People Search located in the upper left corner on the home page of the Beaumont Health intranet. Clicking on Physician and Resident Directories will take you to a page where you can search for physicians and residents by acute care campus.

Searches for physicians at Beaumont, Dearborn, Taylor, Trenton and Wayne will be directed to the same page that was previously on OakNet. A new, fully integrated physician directory will be coming later this year.

The link to OakNet has been removed from the home page of the Beaumont Health intranet. Policies that were on OakNet can now be accessed through the Policies page under the Documents dropdown menu. Documents requiring updates or revisions are to be moved into the policy management system. For policy questions, please contact Ilene Hirsch or Gail Juleff.   

Electronic forms can now be found on the Documents and Forms page under the Documents dropdown menu. The purple OakNet button on the page will take you to the list of OakNet specific forms.

All necessary applications on OakNet have been moved to the Applications page under the Applications dropdown menu on the Beaumont Health intranet.
