In preparation for our move to one shared Corewell Health instance of Epic, all providers who electronically prescribe controlled substances will use Imprivata ID to verify their identity. The enrollment deadline is Friday, May 3, but Duo will continue to be used until Sunday, July 21, when our new Epic instance is launched.

On-site enrollment begins April 16
No appointment needed — stop by to meet with an Imprivata ID enrollment specialist during the month of April. Bring your government-issued ID and smartphone to get signed up.

Virtual enrollment sessions are also still available. Register for a virtual session here and review the instructions and tips for a successful session.

Virtual enrollment sessions must be attended via a computer with a webcam (not from your smartphone or iPad). If you do not have access to a computer with a webcam, you can use your smartphone or iPad to join your Zoom meeting and use your phone’s camera to show your government-issued ID. Then join from your computer to complete the enrollment process.

Reminder: Keep the Duo app on your smartphone!
You will continue using Duo to verify your identity when e-prescribing until Sunday, July 21, when the new Epic instance is launched.
