Physician Reappointments
Royal Oak, Troy and Grosse Pointe notify practitioners via email five months before their privileges expire. Practitioners are sent two separate emails. The first email contains instructions on how to sign in to the reappointment application via an embedded link to our online application website and the second email contains the password. Practitioners sign in to their online application using the email address that the instruction page and password sent to them.
