  • Each session is approximately three hours in length and meets once monthly in the evening.
  • All sessions are very interactive and employ the most modern principles and practices of high-performing health service organizations across the U.S.
  • Topics are supplemented by pre-reading materials, individualized leadership assessment, stretch experiences and small group projects.
  • Session faculty include local and national healthcare experts.
  • The program begins in February with graduation in October.
  • Structured, targeted and dynamic development initiatives impart practical job-related leadership skills to leadership teams and individuals.
  • Programming is recommended and reviewed by the BPLA Advisory Group.
  • With three to four other fellows, each fellow creates a longitudinal "small group" project outside of the classroom, recommended by Beaumont leadership.
    • Subject advisors provide guidance and resources.
    • Presentations of these projects before leadership, peers and alums occurs in September.
